When you use Text2Flow, you paste text that describes your workflow or process. We process this input to generate a visual flowchart for you.

We don't include your input text in public logs or analytics. Your workflow descriptions are processed to provide the service, not collected for other purposes.

For anonymous users, we don't persistently store the text you paste. The content is processed to generate your flowchart and is not retained after the session.

Account features may include data storage options with clear information and deletion controls.

We use minimal analytics to understand usage and improve the product. This helps us know which features are useful, where users encounter problems, and how to make the tool better.

Analytics is not meant to capture the content you paste. We track things like:

• Page views and navigation patterns
• Feature usage (e.g., which examples are clicked)
• Basic device and browser information
• Error rates and performance metrics

We do not track or store the actual text content of your workflows in our analytics systems.

Text2Flow is designed for workflow documentation — SOPs, approval processes, onboarding steps, troubleshooting guides, and similar content.

We recommend not pasting:

• Passwords, API keys, or authentication credentials
• Personal identification numbers or financial account details
• Confidential business information that requires special protection
• Health records or other legally protected personal information

By using Text2Flow, you agree to use the service responsibly and in accordance with these terms.

Acceptable Use: You may use Text2Flow to create flowcharts for legitimate purposes such as documentation, process improvement, training materials, and communication.

Prohibited Use: You may not use the service to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content. You may not attempt to circumvent usage limits or abuse the service in ways that affect other users.

Your Content: You retain ownership of the text you input and the flowcharts you create. We don't claim any rights to your content beyond what's necessary to provide the service.

We apply usage limits to ensure fair access and prevent abuse. These limits help keep the service reliable for everyone.

Watermarks help prevent misuse and support ongoing development. For free users, exports include a watermark.
